Best MMORPG Games 2013

There is no real way to determine which free MMORPG is truly the best. Everyone has different tastes, but it should be noted that there are common underlying factors whenever players find a particular one to be the best. Finding the right game for someone is about knowing what that person wants and finding a game that addresses those wants. Some MMOs stress exploration, some grinding, others cooperative work and so on. Below are qualities that are inherent in a good MMOG, these are very general things and are not specific to any MMORPG in particular. These are more like guidelines to what the best f2p titles are like. People want something that has these qualities because these are the things that make playing fun.

How to Choose the Top F2P 2013 MMORPG Game Online

Originality

It is very hard to look for a game that is truly original; chances are people will only find something that is an improvement of what has been done already. Some f2p games can be the same but only have a different setting. Say for example two games have similar systems but one is set in a fantasy world while the other is set in space. This could either be a good thing or a bad thing. It’s good in that if someone wants to play a free MMO but doesn’t like the theme or setting they can simply switch to another that has similar gameplay. But, if someone looks hard enough, there is a good chance that they will find a good MMOG that’s original enough to stand on its own.

A Good GUI

One of the major factors in playing a f2p MMORPG is its GUI. A bad GUI results in bad gameplay, bad gameplay equates to less fun and no one wants that. Above all else a good GUI is simple to use, remember looks are ancillary to a good GUI. Playing these MMOs requires a lot of time and effort and no one wants to have to play with a complicated GUI since it tires players a lot faster and makes playing the game feel like a chore.

Graphics

We all want good graphics but defining what is good is difficult since there are so many things to think about. First of all players would want something that has good design. Does someone like their game with cartoony graphics or do they want something that strays towards realism. Then there’s the actual quality of the graphics, are the textures rendered well enough? Are the character animations awesome? Is the environment well detailed? These are the questions people should ask themselves when judging graphics. People need not concern themselves too much with requirements since all free-to-play Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing games are optimized to make it easy for people to play these games.

Community

An online multiplayer game is only as fun as the people who play it. The rule of thumb is the bigger the community, the more friendly people there are. Other community features like chat and forums should mandatory. Another thing people should always look at is the number of active players. More active players translate into more people to play with; small numbers on the other hand means fewer players to play with. It must be noted that most of them have a large user base due to the fact that its free, so finding one would not be that challenging.

Gameplay

The first thing that someone should look for in the top 7 titles is a game with the type of gameplay they like. Some have tanks that shoot each other, others are about racing there are even games that are tactical based. Regardless of what kind of gameplay someone is looking for it’s always important that the game is well balanced. Games that have one class being better than another show that not a lot of development went into the game and that a lot of adjustments will still be necessary.

Up Time vs. Down Time

Up time is the amount of time that the servers of a f2p MMORPG are up and available for its users. Down time refers to things like maintenance and so on. Obviously, any online entertainment should have a good amount of up times. This is one of the most important factors. Also, the ones with a lot of downtimes usually results from not having enough servers which means a lot of lag which is something that no good MMOG should suffer from.

What Money Gets Players

Most social games earn money by selling items for actual money. The good news is that the top 2013 MMORPGs out there would not require someone to buy anything to get really far, buying items with real money is just supposed to make it easier, not make it possible to overpower everyone
